The nefarious Deborah Arnold

Last week we had an encounter with a thief. Someone stole the checks from the leasing office dropbox, and cashed many of them. This happened June 1st and the checks were cashed the morning of June 2nd by someone using the name Deborah Arnold. The odd part is that they did not use some hole-in-the-wall check cashing place, they cashed the checks at BOA.

BOA re-credited our account and all is well but it was really irritating to have someone do something like this. BOA ate five digits worth of check fraud in this incident.
