I'm trying a new gardening method, burlap bag containers.

Gardening on a small balcony to keep your plants safe from demonic squirrels presents some challenges.

I got the idea some time ago that I could grow plants in a burlap bag (many of my plants are succulents).

Sooo, I had two small burlap bags from some cigars a friend and I ordered. I filled them with potting soil, sewed them up with string and planted Alyssum in one and Thyme in another. I cut a small hole in the top to allow watering of the plant. We shall see how it works out...
